On April 29, 2024, Lantronix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release setting forth the Company’s financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
In addition, on April 29, 2024, the Company posted on its website at www.lantronix.com a transcript of management’s prepared remarks for the Company’s third quarter fiscal 2024 investor conference call and audio webcast, scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on April 29, 2024.
