GAIN ON SALE OF PROPERTY AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSE, NET	GAIN ON SALE OF PROPERTY AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSE, NET The company recognized a gain on sale of property of $3 million during fiscal year 2015. This gain is associated with the sale of excess land at the company's facility at Cwmbran, Wales. Other operating expense, net for fiscal years 2014 and 2013 primarily relates to environmental remediation costs incurred by the company (see Note 23).
