Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 14, 2015, the company notified approximately 40 hourly and salaried employees that their positions were being eliminated due to the planned closure of a North America manufacturing facility. The company expects to incur $3 million in costs associated with this restructuring action. Restructuring actions associated with this plan are expected to be completed by the end of fiscal year 2015. On April 29, 2015, a restructuring plan to further reduce headcount in South America was approved by the local union. This restructuring plan is in response to the current economic environment in South America which has weakened in 2015. With this restructuring plan the company expects to eliminate up to 233 hourly and 21 salary positions and incur $9 million in employee separation costs in the Commercial Truck & Industrial segment.
