Resignation of Director.  On November 26, 2007, the Company received a letter from Michio Naruto, a director of the Company, dated November 22, 2007, in which Mr. Naruto resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately.  Mr. Naruto’s resignation was a result of his decision to reduce his professional commitments.
