Commitments and Contingencies	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES From time to time, the Company may be involved in disputes and legal proceedings in the ordinary course of its business. These proceedings may include allegations of infringement of intellectual property, commercial disputes and employment matters. In August 2013, the Company was sued for misappropriation of certain trade secrets, unfair trade practices, and correction of inventorship on a patent owned by the Company related to beam couplers and beam switches. The plaintiff seeks damages in an unspecified amount, double damages for misappropriation of trade secrets and treble damages for unfair trade practices. The Company has filed to dismiss the trade secret misappropriation claims. The Company intends to vigorously defend the claims. At this time, no loss is deemed probable and no amounts have been accrued in respect of this contingency.
