Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) and (e) On November 14, 2013, Visteon Corporation (the “Company”) notified Mr. Steve Meszaros, Vice President and President, Electronics Product Group, of its election to terminate his employment effective as of December 31, 2013.

Mr. Meszaros will receive the involuntary separation benefits as provided under the 2012 Visteon Executive Severance Plan and the other existing plans and programs of the Company.
