The report of KIK Technology International, Inc. (the "Company") on Form 10-QSB
for the period ended April 30, 2007 could not be filed within the prescribed
time period because the Company is experiencing delays in the collection and
processing of financial and other information required to be included in the
Form 10-QSB.
