On November 4, 2018, Joerg C. Laukien informed Bruker Corporation (the “Company”) that he is retiring from his position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective November 5, 2018.

 

Mr. Laukien’s decision to retire is for personal reasons is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
