Income Tax Holiday Description In 2020, the Company was granted an income tax holiday for the manufacturing facility in Malaysia. The tax holiday allows for tax-free operations through February 28, 2024, and with the option to apply for a 5 year extension if certain conditions are met. The company has applied for an extension of the tax holiday for another 5 years, which is currently under review by the local authorities. The effect of the tax holiday in Malaysia increased the Company's net income by $7.6 million, $2.5 million and $0.0 million and increased the Company's net income per diluted share by $0.05, $0.01 and $0.00 for the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
