On July 29, 2020, Hanmi Financial Corporation ("Hanmi") issued a press release declaring a cash dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 31, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2020.

Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.08 per Share
LOS ANGELES, July 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC) (“Hanmi”), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that in response to the continued uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, its Board of Directors has reduced its quarterly cash dividend on its common shares for the third quarter to $0.08 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 31, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2020. Hanmi believes this dividend reduction is the most prudent course of action at this time as it continues to monitor the Company’s financial performance during this pandemic. The Board of Directors will continue to reevaluate quarterly the level of any subsequent regular dividend during this pandemic.
