On March 17, 2014, Hanmi Financial Corporation ("Hanmi Financial") issued a press release declaring a cash dividend of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on or about April 18, 2014, to Hanmi's stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 28, 2014.

CORRECTING AND REPLACING -- Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.07 Per Share

LOS ANGELES, March 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued earlier today by Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:HAFC), the closing record date should have been March 28, 2014.  The entire corrected release follows.

Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:HAFC) ("Hanmi"), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on or about April 18, 2014, to Hanmi's stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 28, 2014.

"This quarterly cash dividend reflects our commitment to return value to shareholders, and it is a testament to the strength of our core banking franchise and the performance of our team members," said C. G. Kum, President and Chief Executive Officer. At the stock price of $24.41 per share at the close of the market on March 14, 2014, the current dividend equates to a yield of 1.15% on an annualized basis.

The payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis.
