Winiarski, C.P.A., as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Winiarski is the first non-Korean to be appointed to a senior management position at a major Korean-American community bank. Mr. Winiarski served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Home Equity Lines of Credit Division, for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., which was a $7-billion Federal Savings Bank with annual loan production of more than $17 billion.
