Subsequent Event	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENT In February 2012, the Company entered into an amendment to the Credit Agreement. Pursuant to this amendment, among other things, the total leverage ratio may not exceed 7.00 to 1 in future periods. In addition, on or after March 31, 2012, the financial covenants shall not be applicable unless any loans are outstanding on the relevant date.
