On September 6, 2005, Entravision Communications Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is seeking to refinance its existing $400 million senior secured bank credit facility with a new $650 million senior secured bank credit facility. ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES

PROPOSED BANK REFINANCING

SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA, September 6, 2005 – Entravision Communications Corporation (“Entravision”) (NYSE: EVC) announced today that it is seeking to refinance its existing $400 million senior secured bank credit facility with a new $650 million senior secured bank credit facility. It is anticipated that the new credit facility will consist of a 7 ¹/2-year $500 million term loan and a 6 ¹/2-year $150 million revolving credit facility.

Entravision intends to use the proceeds of loans made under the new credit facility to refinance outstanding bank borrowings under its existing bank credit facility, to refinance its $225 million outstanding principal amount of 8.125% senior subordinated notes due 2009 and for general corporate purposes. The consummation of the new credit facility is subject to various conditions customary for transactions of this nature, including the approval of Entravision’s Board of Directors and the negotiation of final documentation satisfactory to Entravision.
