6. INVESTMENTS

The Company has a minority ownership in Virtual Power Systems ("VPS"). The VPS investment basis at March 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 was $1.1 million and $1.1 million, respectively, as reflected on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. The investment is held at March 31, 2023 under the cost method of accounting for investments.
