Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

     On January 23, 2008, Communicate.com Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing approximate revenue growth for Perfume.com, one of the Company’s domain name properties. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The press release should be read in conjunction with the note regarding forward-looking statements, which is included in the text of the press release.
