On September 9, 2014, Craig Ramsey retired from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of salesforce.com, inc. (the “Company”) after eleven years of service. Mr. Ramsey’s retirement was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. In connection with Mr. Ramsey’s retirement, the Board reduced the size of the Board from eleven to ten positions.
