Employee Benefit Plan	11. Employee Benefit Plan The Company has a 401(k) plan covering all eligible employees in the United States. Since January 1, 2006, the Company has been contributing to the plan. Total Company contributions during fiscal 2013, 2012 and 2011, were $22.1 million, $15.7 million and $11.0 million, respectively.
