On July 12, 2007, William Dewes, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, and principal accounting officer, resigned from salesforce.com, inc. (the “Company”) effective as of July 18, 2007. The resignation is for personal reasons and does not involve any controversy or disagreement with the Company regarding the Company’s financial reporting or accounting policies, practices or principles.
