Berkshire Hills Bancorp Announces Pricing of Common Stock Offering

 

PITTSFIELD, Mass., May 22, 2017, Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: BHLB) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,637,690 shares of the Company’s common stock at a price to the public of $34.50 per share resulting in net proceeds to the Company of approximately $152.9 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and commissions and other estimated offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes. Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. is serving as the sole active book-running manager and Piper Jaffray is serving as the passive book-running manager for the offering.
