NOTE 4. Business Combination

On August 31, 2010, the Company acquired Nemean Networks, LLC (“Nemean”), a company developing network security solutions for detection and awareness of external intrusions to computer networks. The Company acquired Nemean to provide additional solutions on its cloud platform. The consideration for this acquisition consisted of$3.7 millionin cash and common stock, including a non-contingent payment of$1.0 millionin cash and6,250shares of common stock, both of which occurred in September 2012. The Company accounted for this transaction as a business combination.
