6. COMMON STOCK 

The Company has no par value common stock with 500,000,000 authorized shares and 91,422,569 outstanding on March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023.

The Company has authorized the issuance of 250,000,000 non-voting preferred shares without par value, none issued.

As of March 31, 2024, there were Nil common shares held in escrow.
