Subsequent to

the Company issued

stock options with an exercisable into common shares for

years at a price of

(CAD). On

January 21, 2021,

the company's wholly-owned subsidiary completed a corporate name change from OCL Technologies Corporation (OCL) to ComplyTrust Inc. (CTI).
