2.   BUSINESS: Oculus Vision Tech, Inc. (the " Company ") is a designer of digital watermarking services and solutions. At December 31, 2017 and for the two -year period then ended, substantially all of the Company's assets and substantially all its operations are located and conducted in the United States and Canada.
