BASIS OF PRESENTATION	1.BASIS OF PRESENTATION: The following financial statements present the financial results of Oculus VisionTech, Inc. formerly USA Video Interactive Corp, and its wholly owned subsidiary USVO Inc. on a consolidated basis. The former subsidiaries, USA Video (California) Corp., USA Video Corporation, Old Lyme Productions Inc., USA Video Technology Corporation were dissolved in 2010.
