FOLLOW-ON PUBLIC OFFERING

 

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – July 16, 2003OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq NM: OVTI) today announced that it has priced the sale of 3,093,226 newly issued shares of its Common Stock by the Company and 125,000 shares of its Common Stock by selling stockholders at $38.75 per share. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 482,733 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

 

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is book-running manager for the offering. In addition, Needham & Company, Inc. is serving as lead manager, and, Adams, Harkness & Hill, Inc. and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. are serving as co-managers.
