Item 5.02               Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Item 5.02(b)          On November 9, 2006, Amir Hochbaum, Senior Vice President, Research, Development and Operations of Vyyo Inc. (the “Registrant”), notified the Registrant that he would be resigning effective December 31, 2006.  The Registrant will enter into a separation agreement with Mr. Hochbaum regarding the terms of his separation, a copy of which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission upon execution.

 

Gil Brosh, Vice President Marketing and Business Development of the Registrant’s Wireless Solutions business, was named site manager of the Registrant’s Israeli operations.
