SUBSEQUENT EVENT	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENT During the second quarter of fiscal year 2012, the Company announced an agreement to acquire the Performance + Lifestyle Group division of Collective Brands, Inc. The Performance + Lifestyle Group markets casual and athletic footwear, apparel and related accessories for adults and children under well-known brand names including Sperry Top-Sider ^®, Stride Rite^®, Saucony^® and Keds ^®. The Company currently anticipates closing the acquisition of the Performance + Lifestyle Group in fiscal year 2012.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
