On February 28, 2008, Frontier Oil Corporation (“Frontier”) announced a $100 million increase to the Company’s existing share repurchase authorization and also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share ($0.20 annualized).  The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
