Pursuant to the provisions of the Indian Listing Regulations notified by SEBI, we have disclosed to the stock exchanges in India, that the Board of Directors of the Bank today approved the sale of a part of its shareholding in ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited (“the Company”) in an initial public offering by the Company, subject to requisite approvals and market conditions.
