Board Meeting for the approval of Accounts

The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Limited will, inter alia, consider the approval of audited accounts for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 at its forthcoming Meeting to be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 in Mumbai.
