Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On February 20, 2023, the Company and [24]7 entered into a binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) detailing the terms for settlement and resolution of all litigation matters between the parties. The terms of the resolution are confidential, and provide for an up front settlement as well as entry into a commercial agreement between the parties. All litigation matters between the parties are stayed pending final documentation of the resolution as set forth in the binding MOU, following dismissal of all litigation matters between the parties with prejudice is expected.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
