Amortization expense is calculated over the estimated useful life of the asset. Aggregate amortization expense for intangible assets was $0.7 million and $1.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively, and $1.4 million and $2.9 million for the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively, a portion of this amortization is included in cost of revenue.
