Note 2.  Discontinued Operations    

Discontinued operations include the income and expense related to Electronic Payment Services ("EPS"), a discontinued division of the Bank acquired in connection with the FCAL acquisition. For the three months endedJune 30, 2014, the EPS division recorded no revenues and a pre-tax loss of $1.2 million. For the six months endedJune 30, 2014, the EPS division recorded no revenues and a pre-tax loss of $2.6 million. Liabilities of the EPS division, which consist primarily of noninterest‑bearing deposits, are included in the condensed consolidated balance sheets under the caption “Accrued interest payable and other liabilities.” For segment reporting purposes, the EPS division is included in our PWB Community Banking segment.
