RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	NOTE 16—RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION In connection with the CapitalSource merger on April 7, 2014, the Bank paid an advisory fee of $9.0 million to Castle Creek Financial LLC ("Castle Creek Financial"). Castle Creek Financial is an affiliate of Castle Creek Capital LLC, which is controlled by the Company's chairman.
