Other Events

On January 25, 2007, the Company issued an earnings release announcing its fourth quarter 2006 results. In that earnings release, the Company provided net income and net income per ADS guidance with respect to the first quarter of 2007. On March 12, 2007, the Company filed its Form 20-F. In that Form 20-F, the Company stated that it may not be able to achieve the net income and net income per ADS guidance provided in the earnings release. A copy of the Statement of Prospects relating to these matters is set forth as Exhibit 99.1. Letters from PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Asia (Singapore) Pte relating to the Statement of Prospects are attached as Exhibits 99.2 and 99.3, respectively.
