At STATS ChipPAC Ltd.’s Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) held on September 27, 2010, the special resolution set forth in the notice of EGM dated September 2, 2010 was duly approved and passed by the shareholders of STATS ChipPAC Ltd.
