Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 7, 2024, Jim Anderson, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Entegris, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the
Board, effective as of July 7, 2024. Mr. Anderson indicated that his decision to resign from the Board was based on his desire to focus on his new role as Chief Executive Officer of Coherent Corp. and was not based on any disagreement with the
Board or the Company. The Company and the Board thank Mr. Anderson for his service to the Company.
