Upon completion of our Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held on April 30, 2009, Purple Communications, Inc. issued a press release announcing the results of the Meeting, including (i) the election of seven directors and (ii) the ratification of the appointment of our independent auditors. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The elected directors were, Steven C. Chang, Behdad Eghbali, Steven Eskenazi, Christopher Gibbons, Daniel R. Luis, William M. McDonagh and Ronald E. Obray.
