On November 21, 2007, Marcos Clutterbuck notified MercadoLibre, Inc. (the “Company”) that, effective immediately, he has resigned from the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Clutterbuck has informed the Company that he did not resign because of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
