PREFERRED STOCK	NOTE 10 – PREFERRED STOCK As of December 31, 2015, the number of issued and outstanding shares of Series A preferred stock was 4,770. On September 3, 2015 the Company issued 4,045 restricted shares of its Series A preferred stock under the Acquisition Agreement of all of the equity interests of Stimulating Software, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, the acquisition of all the common stock of Inner Four, Inc., a Florida corporation, and all of the common and preferred stock of Play Celebrity Games, Inc., a Delaware corporation. On September 3, 2015 the Company issued 680 restricted shares of its Series A preferred stock to three of its consultants for past services.
