NOTE 3 – INVESTMENT IN IMAGION BIOSYSTEMS

As of December 31, 2023, the Company owns 1,011,662 shares of Imagion, resulting in a noncontrolling interest of Imagion’s issued and outstanding common stock. Based upon Imagion’s trading price on December 31, 2023, approximately $0.24 per share, the fair value of the Imagion shares was approximately $245,000. During the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company recorded a loss on fair value adjustment on its investment of $477,000.
