NOTE 3 – INVESTMENT IN IMAGION BIOSYSTEMS

As of June 30, 2023, the Company owns 47,466,508 shares of Imagion, resulting in a noncontrolling interest of Imagion’s issued and outstanding common stock. Based upon Imagion’s trading price on June 30, 2023, approximately $0.01 per share, the fair value of the Imagion shares was approximately $506,000. During the six months ended June 30, 2023, the Company recorded loss on fair value adjustment on its investment of $292,000.
