NOTE 3 – INVESTMENT IN IMAGION BIOSYSTEMS

As of March 31, 2023, the Company owns 50,566,508 shares of Imagion, resulting in a noncontrolling interest of Imagion’s issued and outstanding common stock. Based upon Imagion’s trading price on March 31, 2023, approximately $0.01 per share, the fair value of the Imagion shares was approximately $576,000. During the three months ended March 31, 2023, the Company recorded loss on fair value adjustment on its investment of $249,000.
