SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS During October 2022, the Company sold 200,000 shares of IBX common stock. During October 2022, the Company made $30,000 in repayment to a note holder and the notes payable balance was reduced to $110,000.
