NOTE 3 – INVESTMENT IN IMAGION BIOSYSTEMS

As of September 30, 2021, the Company owns 52,516,508 shares of Imagion, resulting in a noncontrolling interest of Imagion’s issued and outstanding common stock. Based upon Imagion’s trading price on September 30, 2021, approximately $0.05 per share, the fair value of the Imagion shares was approximately $2,806,000. During the nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Company recorded an unrealized loss in its investment of $3,069,000.
