NOTES PAYABLE - OTHER	NOTE 7 – NOTES PAYABLE – OTHER During the years ended December 31, 2005 and December 31, 2004, the Company issued convertible notes in the amount of $33,000. The notes had a one year maturity date, are noninterest bearing and upon maturity convertible at the current per share price. These notes have not been paid and are currently in default.
