Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. announced that on March 5, 2013, John T. Piszak, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank (the “Bank”), notified the Board of Directors that he will retire as an executive officer of the Bank effective May 1, 2013.
