                    ICEWEB ANNOUNCES 300% INCREASE IN REVENUE
                    REVENUES EXCEED OVER $6.5 MILLION IN 2004

Herndon, VA, October 8, 2004 - IceWEB, Inc. (OTC: ICEW), a leading provider of
