Arbitron Inc. Announces $150 Million Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility

NEW YORK; December 20, 2006 – Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) announced it has entered into a five-year, $150 million unsecured revolving credit facility.

The facility will be available for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital requirements, strategic acquisitions and authorized share repurchases.

The credit facility has been arranged by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and includes an expansion feature of up to an additional $50 million.
